​How Do I Place An Order?​
Items to be ordered are placed in a Shopping Cart by clicking on ADD TO CART. When you are done shopping click on the CHECKOUT button. At CHECKOUT - shipping and sales tax are calculated, if applicable, and the total is displayed. A valid credit or debit card is then entered or you can use the one you previously stored in your profile.
Items placed in a Cart but never selected for Checkout will remain in your Cart. After 7 days an email will be sent to let you know you have items remaining in your cart. These items may be removed or a checkout may be completed. Carts with items older than 45 days will be considered abandoned and will be automatically emptied.
 
Payment & Shipping
Payment options include credit cards issued by MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express and debit cards issued for use in the U.S. Payments are processed through Square, Inc., a financial services, merchant services aggregator, and mobile payment company based in San Francisco, California. Square (SQ) is publicly traded on the NYSE exchange.
 
Shipping will be a flat rate of $7.95 on all orders under $75 and FREE on all orders on or over $75. Orders are normally filled on the day we receive your payment and scheduled for shipping typically the next business day. Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days after ordering. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

All order information, including your chosen payment method, is maintained under PCI DSS standards for security and privacy. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of security standards designed to ensure that ALL companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. At your option you may save the payment method used in your personal profile so it can be re-used on future orders.
Returns Policy & Refunds
Returns are accepted under the following conditions - NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Eligible returns must have been purchased within the last 30 calendar days.
  • Customer pays all return shipping costs.
  • All return items must still be in the original undamaged package for the item being returned and all contents must still be intact. If the item has a safety seal it must be unbroken and not tampered with. 
  • Shipping fees paid on your original order are not refundable.
  • All returns that are accepted will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee which will be deducted from your purchase or sale price before a refund credit is issued back to the original purchase payment method.
  • All returns MUST receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to sending products back to us. Click here to request a RMA #.
 
Products not meeting Return Policy & Refunds will be destroyed with no refund.
